Fiduciary

A fiduciary is a person who owes to another the duties of good faith and trust, with the fiduciary legally bound to act in the other’s best interests.

We are a fiduciary for our clients; we act in our client’s best interests, at all times and under all circumstances.  We do not commingle client’s funds with one another or with our own accounts.  Our clients receive statements directly from the custodial institutions, in addition to our own enhanced statement, which will show our client’s comprehensive investment picture.  All compensation comes directly from our clients.  We do not accept any commissions, referral fees, sales loads or other incentives from any third parties.  This fee-only compensation structure eliminates the potential for certain conflicts of interest.
